Senior Procurement/Sourcing Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific Brno s.r.o. has one full-time opening for a Senior Procurement/Sourcing Specialist in Brno, South Moravian Region, Czechia. The salary starts at CZK 75,000 per month. Initial contact should be by email. Experience in strategic purchasing, procurement or category management, ideally in an international environment, is welcomed. Other desirable skills include the ability to develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies spanning 3–5 years, experience negotiating global contracts and commercial terms with suppliers, and the ability to manage and develop strategic supplier relationships and assess supplier performance. Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills are also welcomed, along with the ability to work independently, set priorities and manage complex projects in a global environment. A focus on results, continuous improvement and strategic supplier base management is desirable. The employer consents to employment under the Blue Card scheme.
