Engineering Production Worker / Machine Setter (Male/Female)

Brose CZ spol. s r.o. is recruiting 10 full-time Engineering Production Workers / Machine Setters for workplaces in Kopřivnice, Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and Mošnov, Czechia. Pay starts at CZK 34,766 per month, with continuous-operation shifts. The vacancies are approved for Employee Cards under the Qualified Worker Programme. Accommodation is not provided. Responsibilities include ensuring the availability and efficient use of staffing and machinery capacity on production lines, ensuring production process capability and meeting prescribed quality standards. You will follow specified production processes, check production documentation and internal regulations, take a proactive approach to assigned tasks, and independently operate, set up and regularly maintain production equipment. Applicants should have vocational education in mechanical engineering or a technical field, a resilient personality, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and handle critical situations. Willingness to work different shift patterns, flexibility with working hours and computer skills are required; MS Office and SAP knowledge are an advantage. Previous machine-setting experience and basic English or German are also advantageous.
