Seamstress / Sewing Machine Operator

TIBEX s.r.o. is looking for a skilled and reliable seamstress or sewing machine operator to join its hotel and home textile production team in Kamenný Újezd, South Bohemia, Czechia. Duties include sewing and assembling hotel and home textiles, operating industrial sewing machines, checking finished product quality, and following production procedures and deadlines. Applicants must have at least basic education, manual dexterity, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, reliability, a clean criminal record, and a willingness to learn. A vocational qualification in the field or sewing experience is a significant advantage. The role is suitable for recent graduates, men and women, and foreign applicants. This is a full-time, single-shift position with a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension and subsequent conversion to a permanent contract. Listed pay starts at CZK 23,000 per month, with piece-rate earnings linked to performance.
