Systems Analyst

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring one full-time Systems Analyst in Prague, Czechia. The position has a single-shift schedule and offers CZK 62,500–70,000 per month. The Systems Analyst designs, implements and develops enterprise systems and integrated digital solutions that enable efficient, scalable and connected business operations across the organisation. The role involves collaborating across functions to understand business needs, translate requirements into effective system solutions, and optimise the performance and adoption of enterprise platforms and applications. Responsibilities include configuring, developing, testing and maintaining systems and integrations to support operational efficiency, data consistency and a seamless user experience across business processes. The role supports continuous improvement through system enhancements, new features and user training, while developing digital capabilities that improve business productivity and performance.
