Team Leader

DHL Solutions k.s. is recruiting Team Leaders in Klášterec nad Ohří, in the Ústí nad Labem Region of Czechia. There are 20 full-time positions available, with pay starting at CZK 51,700 per month. The contract is for one year, with the possibility of extension. The vacancy is open to foreign applicants under the Employee Card scheme. The description specifies two shifts, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, although the separate shift listing states single-shift work. You will lead and support individuals and the team in following workplace safety standards and help reduce or eliminate safety risks. You will prepare and carry out shift handovers and work with the shift manager to review and revise Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for your area of responsibility, keeping them updated with operational findings, including improvements and deviations from standards. Applicants must have experience leading people, good communication skills, a responsible and thorough approach, and the reliability the whole team can depend on. A clean criminal record is required.
