Industrial Technician

KEBODA Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring one full-time Industrial Technician in Třemošná, in the Plzeň Region of Czechia. Responsibilities include introducing new production lines and products and ensuring serial production; planning production lines, equipment layouts and process settings; verifying tooling; and fine-tuning equipment to meet production standards and quality requirements. You will optimize process parameters and small-batch trial production, analyze the causes of technical problems, equipment failures and product quality deviations, and monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency. The role also involves responsibility for reducing downtime and defect rates and meeting company targets. You will provide technical guidance and staff training on equipment operation, operating procedures, safety regulations and standard troubleshooting methods. You will also provide software support for new production lines and their introduction into production. Requirements include at least higher vocational education, good communication and organizational skills, responsibility, the ability to work independently and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required due to frequent communication and reporting within the group to which KEBODA Czech Republic s.r.o. belongs. At least five years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of English and advanced Microsoft Office skills are advantages.
