Opérateur CNC (H/F)

Siemens Energy, s.r.o. is hiring two full-time CNC Operators in Brno, South Moravia, Czechia, for a three-shift operation. Pay starts at CZK 43,600 per month. Initial contact should be by email. The employer accepts applicants under the Employee Card scheme. You will primarily operate an assigned CNC machine, either a CNC milling centre or a CNC lathe, and produce small components or blades within specified deadlines. Duties include following technological and work procedures, performing regular operator maintenance of the workstation, and maintaining the technical condition of production equipment, tools and transport equipment. You should have relevant experience, the ability to use basic workshop measuring instruments and read technical documentation, manual dexterity, and a willingness to work three shifts. The role offers opportunities to learn new technological processes and contribute to a unique product involving specialist know-how. A fixed wage is guaranteed even when order volumes are lower, through a working-time account arrangement.
