Collections Analyst

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring one full-time Collections Analyst in Prague, Czechia, for a single-shift role. The salary is CZK 55,000–70,000 per month. The vacancy is listed for an Employee Card, and accommodation is not provided. You will manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and actively collect outstanding receivables, contacting customers by phone, email and online meetings to secure timely payment of unpaid invoices. Responsibilities include monitoring overdue accounts and taking appropriate follow-up action, reviewing receivables aging reports to identify collection priorities and potential risks, and recording and managing payment promises and agreed payment dates. You will investigate payment delays, work with customers to resolve issues, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Credit and Finance teams to remove barriers to successful collection. You will prepare regular reports on overdue receivables, collection performance, aging trends and bad debt risk, and support bad debt reviews, write-offs and collection escalations as needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, complaints and disputes, and payment plans in internal systems. You will also participate in month-end activities related to accounts receivable and collection reporting, support continuous process improvements to reduce overdue balances and improve collection efficiency, and comply with company policies, internal controls and financial processes.
