SAP S/4HANA CFIN P2P Consultant

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring one SAP S/4HANA CFIN P2P Consultant in Prague, Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift position with a salary starting at CZK 110,000 per month. The role involves supporting and developing Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in Central Finance (CFIN), particularly purchasing, supplier invoice processing, accounts payable management and payments, to ensure efficient and controlled financial operations. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate data replication and reconciliation between source systems and CFIN for purchase orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices and payments, while maintaining data integrity and consistency. You will support the configuration and administration of P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA, including supplier setup, purchasing organizations, approval workflows, pricing conditions and integration with FI and other modules in the CFIN environment. The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including IFRS and local legislation, minimizing accounts payable risks and supporting process auditability. You will resolve functional P2P incidents and issues, provide end-user support and training, and create detailed process documentation to ensure transparency and correct system use. Active teamwork, sharing knowledge and best practices, supporting colleagues and contributing to the successful transformation of finance and procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA are also part of the role.
