SAP S/4HANA CFIN RTR Consultant

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring an SAP S/4HANA CFIN RTR Consultant in Prague, Czechia. This full-time, single-shift position offers CZK 90,000–120,000 per month. Support and develop Record to Report (RTR) processes, including general ledger, period-end closing, consolidation and reporting in Central Finance (CFIN), to ensure accurate and timely financial outputs. Ensure correct replication and reconciliation of accounting data between source systems and CFIN, including general ledger, subledgers and financial documents, while maintaining data integrity and consistency. Support the configuration and administration of accounting processes, including accounting structures, accounting rules, currencies and integration with other SAP modules in CFIN. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, such as IFRS and local GAAP, minimize financial reporting risks and support process auditability. Resolve functional incidents and issues, train end users and create detailed RTR process documentation to ensure transparency and correct system use. Collaborate with the team, share knowledge and best practices, support colleagues and contribute to shared goals in financial processes and SAP S/4HANA transformation.
