SAP S/4HANA Sales/OTC Consultant

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring a SAP S/4HANA Sales/OTC Consultant in Prague, Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift position with a salary starting at CZK 110,000 per month. There is one vacancy, listed for an Employee Card. Accommodation is not provided. You will implement, review and approve ERP solutions in line with the conceptual design, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements across projects and development activities. You will lead scoping and fit-to-standard workshops for projects and changes, design solutions for key gaps, prepare effort estimates and coordinate with business teams. Working with business subject-matter experts, you will define and prioritize SAP ERP product features, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide customer presentations and solution demonstrations as needed. You will actively monitor new cloud ERP features to improve customer satisfaction and drive ongoing productivity improvements, initiate their adoption, align them with business needs and ensure implementation. Responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring less experienced team members within your process area, providing customers with clear and effective expert digital and technical advice, and leading SAP ERP solution delivery with an emphasis on reuse and standardization. You will also carry out other tasks assigned by your line manager that match your professional abilities, experience and competencies.
