Control Room Operator

Overhaul Czechia s.r.o. is hiring a full-time Control Room Operator in Prague, Czechia. There is one position available, with a monthly salary of CZK 47,000–50,000. You will monitor high-value shipments using the Overhaul tracking software platform in accordance with predefined service level agreements. You will manage risk events and incidents following predefined escalation procedures, maintain all shipment data, and record all relevant events throughout each shipment’s journey in the Overhaul database. The role involves 12-hour shifts throughout the week, as the control room operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Accommodation is not provided.
