Civil Engineering Construction Labourer

OPTIM Kapital s.r.o. is hiring a Civil Engineering Construction Labourer in Hradec Králové, Czechia. There is one full-time position with a single-shift schedule and pay starting at CZK 28,500 per month. Duties include preparing and securing the work area, manually cleaning road shoulders, pavements and drainage channels, and handling construction and auxiliary materials. The role also involves installing and removing temporary traffic signs and protective elements. You will assist with laying interlocking paving, kerbs and surface layers, as well as ground preparation, backfilling and levelling base layers. Other tasks include cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment, assisting with repairs to asphalt and concrete surfaces, and loading, unloading and sorting materials on site.
