Production Worker

Centralplast s.r.o. is hiring production workers in Hradec Králové, Czechia. We are a family-owned company with more than 30 years of experience in custom swimming pool manufacturing. Our products are in demand across Europe, particularly in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium, and one of our pools can even be found in the Bahamas. We make more than just pools from plastic—even boats. Custom production means varied work rather than a repetitive routine. Your main responsibility will be the complete manufacture of swimming pools and their components from technical drawings. You will mainly use plastic welding equipment, hand planes, drills and milling machines. Each order is different and requires thought as well as practical skills. We are looking for people who are good with their hands, willing to learn and responsible for their work. Previous experience as a carpenter or metalworker is an advantage. The starting wage is CZK 175 per hour, with an afternoon shift supplement of CZK 30 per hour and an additional performance-based payment of up to CZK 80 per hour after the initial training period. Average monthly earnings are around CZK 40,000, depending on your abilities, with gradual increases. The listed monthly pay range is CZK 28,000–46,000. Advancement to a higher position is possible, with additional supplements for the pool-step maker role. This is full-time work on two shifts, from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. Benefits include five weeks of holiday, two sick days, a tax-free meal allowance of CZK 129 per shift worked, a contribution towards supplementary pension insurance or a benefits card, a CZK 12,000 referral bonus, and half-yearly and annual bonuses.
