Opérateur d’assemblage électrique (H/F)

ABB s.r.o. is recruiting electrical assembly workers in Brno, South Moravia, Czechia. There are two full-time positions with a two-shift pattern and monthly pay of CZK 28,000–49,000. The work involves assembling low- and high-voltage products, switchgear, transformers and sensors, mainly through fine mechanical work, simple assembly, welding, wiring, testing and packaging. Benefits include overtime premiums and afternoon, night and weekend shift premiums above statutory requirements. Employees work a shorter day of 7.5 hours and receive five weeks of annual leave, plus additional paid leave for special life events such as weddings and moving home. ABB offers supplementary pension contributions, subsidised meals in the company canteen with at least two-thirds of the cost covered by the employer, and loyalty bonuses for years of service.
