HR Master Data Specialist (Male/Female)

Anheuser-Busch InBev Czech s.r.o. has one full-time HR Master Data Specialist position available in Prague, Czechia, with a single-shift schedule. The salary starts at CZK 50,000 per month. The position is listed for an Employee Card. Accommodation is not provided. Fluent English is required. A university degree in economics, finance or human resources is an advantage, as is experience in HR, payroll administration or operational processes. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, are required. Knowledge of Power BI and experience with SAP and/or Workday are advantages. Candidates should have analytical and organisational abilities, attention to detail and work quality, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. A systematic approach to problem-solving, resilience under stress, and a focus on results, deadlines and quality standards are required. Experience communicating with stakeholders and customers, as well as experience in an international environment or shared services, is an advantage.
