Production Line Leader

BREADWAY a.s. is recruiting Production Line Leaders for full-time roles in Prague, Czechia. There are 10 positions available, with monthly pay of CZK 30,000–34,700. Experience in the food industry is an advantage. Responsibilities include leading and organizing a small team, operating an automated bakery production line, and adjusting and handling the line to ensure baked goods are produced according to prescribed procedures. The role also involves working with dough and handling dough boxes. Other duties include checking the quality of finished products and packaging, preparing products for distribution, labeling crates for distribution, and printing labels. Work follows a two-shift pattern of 12-hour day and night shifts, alternating between short and long working weeks. Benefits include meal vouchers and 25 days of annual leave.
