Production Logistics Coordinator

RCE systems s.r.o. is hiring a Production Logistics Coordinator in Brno, South Moravia, Czechia. This is one full-time position with a single-shift schedule and a monthly salary of CZK 40,000–75,000. Initial contact should be by email. Responsibilities include coordinating production and logistics processes, planning material supplies for production, maintaining and checking inventory and material flow records, and coordinating material movements between the warehouse, production and dispatch. You will prepare and check production and dispatch documentation; coordinate the receipt, assembly, inspection and dispatch of technical equipment; maintain operational and transport documentation; and communicate with suppliers, transport companies and international partners. The role also involves working with ERP and internal information systems, checking the quality and functionality of assembled equipment, coordinating a small production team, collaborating with technical and development teams, and resolving day-to-day production, warehouse and logistics issues. Applicants must have completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination and have experience in production, logistics, warehouse management or technical operations. Requirements include experience with inventory and material flow records and ERP or other business information systems, good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace, the ability to work with technical and operational documentation, organisational and coordination skills, and the ability to coordinate a small team and resolve operational problems independently. Technical aptitude, an understanding of technical equipment and English at a minimum B2 level are required. Experience assembling or inspecting technical equipment, quality control and functional testing, basic familiarity with Linux, basic Bash/Python/C scripting knowledge and a basic understanding of computer networks are advantages.
