4flow management GmbH organizační složka is hiring an Operations Manager in Plzeň, in the Plzeň Region of Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift position with a monthly salary of CZK 60,667–91,667. There is one vacancy, and the position is listed for an Employee Card. Accommodation is not provided. The role involves managing material availability and/or transportation in day-to-day business and routine operations, with responsibility for customer satisfaction within the assigned area. Duties also include effectively managing assigned team members, including those based across different locations, supporting recruitment, and working closely with 4flow management to coordinate activities. Very good written and spoken English is required, along with advanced user-level ICT skills and knowledge of business processes.
