This permanent, full-time position pays €23.57–€24.57 per hour, above the collectively agreed rate. Your responsibilities include managing site security, monitoring security and alarm systems, conducting indoor and outdoor patrols, checking access authorisations, responding professionally to irregularities, assisting customers in a friendly manner, and handling notifications and reports. You must hold the IHK master-level qualification in protection and security and have several years of practical security experience, ideally in a supervisory role. A current criminal record certificate with no entries is required and may be submitted later. You should have a friendly, customer-focused and well-groomed manner, be motivated and work well in a team. IT skills and knowledge of first aid and fire safety are desirable. A category B driving licence is mandatory.
