CNC Milling Machine Operator

SOLID Brno s.r.o. is hiring one full-time CNC Milling Machine Operator in Brno, South Moravia, Czechia. The role involves basic operation of three- to five-axis milling machines on a three-shift schedule. Pay is CZK 30,000–37,000 per month. Initial contact is by email. Applicants should be responsible for their work, careful and communicative, with the ability to think independently. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided. The start date is by agreement. The initial contract is for a fixed term of six months, with the possibility of a permanent contract depending on good performance. Benefits include appropriate pay, up to eight extra days off, an annual contribution of up to CZK 4,080 towards regular physical activity or MultiSport, and a meal allowance of CZK 123 per day worked, worth up to CZK 2,700 per month on top of wages. The employer also offers a life insurance or pension contribution of CZK 550 per month, transport reimbursement of up to CZK 1,500 per month for employees from outside Brno, and a night-shift premium.
