Operations Manager

COMPEX, spol. s r.o. is seeking an Operations Manager in Brno, South Moravian Region, Czechia. There is one full-time position available with a single-shift schedule and a monthly salary of CZK 35,000–40,000. Responsibilities include coordinating operational activities between the Czech and Chinese companies, supporting COMPEX management, coordinating projects and improving operational processes. The role also involves communicating with international colleagues and business partners and participating in sales and marketing activities. Further duties include preparing reports and providing regular reporting to headquarters in China, as well as administrative and organizational support for company management. A bonus scheme is based on task completion. The employer consents to employment under the Employee Card scheme. Accommodation is not provided.
