Information and Communications Technology Manager (M/F)

Cloudera Czech Republic a.s. is hiring an Information and Communications Technology Manager in Prague, Czechia, to define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for Cloudera Cloud Core (CCC), encompassing Kubernetes, OpenStack and Ceph on physical hardware. Align the control plane and platform roadmap with Cloudera’s strategy and how customers adopt CCC in their environments. This is one full-time, single-shift position with a salary starting at CZK 235,000 per month. Translate the product vision into product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories and epics in Jira for the CCC team. Clearly explain what developers should build and why, with clear outcomes for reliability, security, performance, scalability, operability and cost. Requirements should reflect feature behavior across the entire Kubernetes, OpenStack and Ceph stack, rather than within a single layer. Own the prioritized Cloudera Cloud Core product roadmap, making data-driven trade-offs between customer needs, market direction and technical debt, including upgrades, day-2 operations and platform consistency across deployments. Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis covering Kubernetes control planes, private cloud and OpenStack platforms, storage platforms such as Ceph, and hybrid, FinOps and operational models. Serve as the primary channel for customer feedback through field activities, partners and direct customer conversations. Lead the development of platform capabilities for elasticity, cost and capacity optimization, administration, and automated lifecycle and resource management across Kubernetes, OpenStack and Ceph on physical hardware, enabling CCC to deliver a consistent operational model.
