Process Specialist

YAPP CZECH AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS Co., s.r.o. is hiring two full-time Process Specialists in Plazy, Central Bohemian Region, Czechia. The role involves stabilizing manufacturing processes by setting and controlling process parameters, and structuring production for productivity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency through technical and organizational measures. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining and checking work procedures; defining and updating production equipment process parameters; and supporting process improvements. You will work with the quality department to meet customer requirements, train employees in manufacturing processes, develop and manage process FMEAs and flow charts, create and optimize layouts, and report regularly to your supervisor. Very good Chinese language skills are required for communication with the parent company and other holding group entities based in the People’s Republic of China. The position has a single-shift schedule and pays from CZK 74,000 per month. It is listed for the Employee Card scheme; accommodation is not provided.
