Bus Driver

Transdev Čechy s.r.o. is recruiting bus drivers for work in the Rychnov area of the Hradec Králové Region, Czechia. Routes cover Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Rokytnice v Orlických horách, Dobruška, Kostelec nad Orlicí, Týniště nad Orlicí, Voděrady and Deštné v Orlických horách. There are five full-time positions with a rotating shift pattern. Applicants must have a category D driving licence, a category D Certificate of Professional Competence, medical fitness including a driver psychological assessment, and be reliable. The role is also suitable for newcomers to bus driving through retraining, with support to obtain the required driving licence and professional qualification. The employer offers a CZK 30,000 recruitment bonus and an average gross monthly salary of CZK 45,000. Benefits include a 38.75-hour working week, five weeks of annual leave, a domestic meal allowance of CZK 3,200 per month paid with wages, an unlimited mobile phone plan, and contributions to pension or life insurance.
