Senior Ariba IT Support Developer

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring a Senior Ariba IT Support Developer in Prague, Czechia. This full-time, single-shift position offers a monthly salary starting at CZK 125,000. Lead SAP Ariba solution design and architecture across Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Ariba Network, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and procurement strategy. Design, develop, configure and maintain solutions covering custom forms, approval workflows, catalog management, business rules and reporting. Serve as the highest technical escalation point for complex cross-module and cross-system issues, leading detailed root cause analysis and ensuring permanent resolution. Lead the design, implementation and support of integrations with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC through CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), middleware and APIs, establishing integration standards and monitoring. Take ownership of critical escalations to SAP and manage strategic vendor collaboration on platform issues, functionality enhancements and alignment with the product roadmap. Manage the complete quarterly SAP Ariba update process, including release impact assessments, regression testing arrangements, stakeholder communications and change adoption. Work with procurement, finance and other business partners to prioritize system enhancements and translate business strategy into a technical roadmap and delivery plan. Lead major system enhancement, upgrade and new solution implementation projects, covering solution design, requirements clarification, configuration, test strategy and deployment management. Drive continuous platform improvement through automation, self-healing mechanisms, monitoring, incident reduction and optimization of total cost of ownership. Mentor and develop junior developers and support analysts, lead technical reviews, establish development and configuration standards, and strengthen team capabilities. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks and a knowledge base, supporting service and support teams. Ensure all SAP Ariba solutions and integrations comply with change management requirements, SOX, security standards and audit requirements.
