CNC Machine Setter and Programmer (M/F)

Meopta s.r.o. is recruiting CNC Machine Setters and Programmers in Přerov, Olomouc Region, Czechia. There are 50 full-time positions available in a three-shift operation, with an immediate start possible. Monthly pay is CZK 40,000–50,000. Accommodation is provided, and the vacancy is listed for the Employee Card scheme. Duties include setting up, operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, preparing machines for production, and launching and optimizing production programs according to technical drawings and process instructions. You will carry out ongoing quality checks, meet cycle times and work with the manufacturing technologist to optimize them, address operational processes, and take responsibility for basic machine maintenance. Applicants must have manual dexterity, technical aptitude, a thorough approach and experience in a similar role. Experience in both one-off and series production is welcome. Willingness to work three shifts, independence, reliability and a focus on precision, detail and quality are required.
