CNC Milling Machine Setter

SOLID Brno s.r.o. is recruiting one full-time CNC Milling Machine Setter in Brno, South Moravian Region, Czechia. The role follows a three-shift pattern and pays CZK 40,000–55,000 per month. Initial contact should be by email. The employer accepts applicants under the Employee Card scheme. Duties include operating and setting up three- to five-axis milling machines: HAAS, MATSUURA with pallet systems, HWACHEON, and FANUC ROBODRILL with a robotic loader. The work also involves measuring and finishing workpieces and keeping the assigned workstation clean, with the opportunity to undertake programming. Applicants must have experience setting up CNC machine tools, take responsibility for their work, be meticulous and communicative, and be able to think independently and seek efficient solutions. Benefits include appropriate pay, up to eight additional days off, a contribution towards regular physical activity of up to CZK 4,080 per year or MultiSport, and a meal allowance of CZK 123 per day worked, adding up to CZK 2,700 per month. The employer also offers CZK 550 per month towards life insurance or a pension plan, travel reimbursement of up to CZK 1,500 per month for employees from outside Brno, and a night-work supplement.
