CNC Machine Setter and Programmer

Meopta s.r.o. is recruiting a CNC Machine Setter and Programmer for one full-time position in Přerov, in the Olomouc Region of Czechia. The role involves a three-shift schedule and pays CZK 35,000–50,000 per month. Accommodation is provided, and the vacancy is listed for an Employee Card. Responsibilities include setting up, operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, preparing machines for production, and starting and optimizing production programs according to technical drawings and process instructions. The work also includes ongoing quality checks, meeting cycle times and working with the process engineer to optimize them, resolving operational process issues, and taking responsibility for basic machine maintenance. Applicants must have manual dexterity, technical aptitude, a thorough approach and experience in a similar role. Experience with both one-off and series production is welcome. The position requires willingness to work three shifts, independence, reliability, and a strong focus on precision, detail and quality.
