Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator (m/f)

Foxconn European Manufacturing Services s.r.o. is recruiting 20 full-time Warehouse Workers / Forklift Operators in Pardubice, Pardubice Region, Czechia, working a three-shift pattern. The role is also suitable for graduates. Gross monthly pay starts at CZK 28,000, including base pay and an anticipated performance bonus of CZK 3,000. The vacancy is listed for Employee Card applicants. Accommodation is not provided. Warehouse duties include following work instructions to meet customer requirements and quantity and quality standards; receiving and checking materials; maintaining records; storing, issuing and moving materials; ordering stock according to requirements and stock levels; and conducting warehouse-wide inventories. Tasks also include collecting cardboard cartons, wrapping pallets, picking orders from storage locations and racks according to reports, scanning cartons into electronic systems, packing materials, loading pallets, printing and attaching labels, and loading and unloading semi-trailers. Material balances are checked against the system, with regular inventories, spot checks and work in SAP. Low-lift pallet trucks and forklifts are operated as needed, while slinging or crane operation is performed as required only with a valid qualification. The role involves reporting and resolving discrepancies, cooperating with other departments on problems and material handovers, helping improve warehouse processes, and temporarily performing operator work when needed. Employees must follow internal regulations and procedures, occupational health and safety, fire protection, SER and 5S principles, and carry out other duties within the role as instructed by supervisors.
