Warehouse Operative – Food Production

Balírna potravin s.r.o. is recruiting two full-time Warehouse Operatives for food production in Lobodice, Olomouc Region, Czechia. The role has a single-shift schedule and pays CZK 30,000–45,000 per month. Responsibilities include managing an assigned warehouse section, following quality procedures in line with international IFS standards and QMS processes, preparing products for dispatch, managing waste, receiving and dispatching goods, and transporting materials and products within the company. You will also follow company warehouse rules and FIFO procedures, take responsibility for the warehouse’s technical condition, comply with occupational health and safety and fire protection rules, and observe warehouse booking slots. Applicants should have practical skills, the ability to work independently, knowledge of warehouse operations, and basic knowledge of handling equipment and forklift operation. Experience in food production is an advantage. Communication is also possible in Ukrainian or English. Assistance with arranging accommodation may be available, as may additional training or support in obtaining a forklift operator licence.
