Foundry Worker (Male/Female)

KIBUSS s.r.o. is recruiting seven full-time Foundry Workers in Jablonec nad Nisou, in the Liberec Region of Czechia. The role involves operating melting and casting equipment, preparing raw materials for melting, and casting metals into moulds according to established procedures. Duties also include checking casting quality, maintaining basic operational records, and maintaining and cleaning assigned equipment. Previous foundry experience is an advantage. Applicants must be physically fit and reliable, willing to work shifts, and responsible in their approach to workplace safety. The role operates on a two-shift pattern. The employer offers training and opportunities for professional development, appropriate remuneration plus shift allowances, and a meal contribution. Pay starts at CZK 27,500 per month.
