Tender and Institutional Sales Manager

RSE s.r.o. is seeking a Tender and Institutional Sales Manager in Brno, South Moravia, Czechia. There is one full-time position available with a single-shift schedule and a salary starting at CZK 60,000 per month. Applicants must have a university degree or higher vocational qualification in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in tender and institutional sales. Experience preparing complex proposals and conducting commercial negotiations with large organizations in the B2G/B2B segment is required. Candidates must be familiar with tender documentation, legal regulations and the administrative processes involved in tenders. Strategic thinking, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Knowledge of Czech, English, Ukrainian and Russian is required; knowledge of German is an advantage. The employer accepts applicants under the Employee Card scheme. Accommodation is not provided.
