Store Manager

Mai Benlla group s.r.o. is seeking a Store Manager for a large retail store in Prague, Czechia, taking over from the owner who has managed it until now. Responsibilities include managing employees, taking responsibility for sales revenue and overseeing stock. The role requires experience in team leadership and retail sales, along with strong organisational and communication skills. The store's employees are Vietnamese. Reports focused on sales results are required every three months. Flexibility is required to address issues at weekends when necessary, as the store is also open on weekends. There is one full-time position available with a single-shift work pattern and a salary starting at CZK 74,000 per month.
