Shift Supervisor (Male/Female)

MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s. is recruiting four full-time Shift Supervisors in Soběslav, South Bohemian Region, Czechia. The positions involve a continuous-operation shift pattern, with pay starting at CZK 40,000 per month. Candidates should have organisational and leadership skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and a responsible, independent and decisive approach. Requirements also include communication and conflict-resolution skills, knowledge of production processes and working with documentation, conversational English and basic computer skills.
