Structural Steel Fitter

MCE Slaný s.r.o. is recruiting 20 full-time Structural Steel Fitters in Slaný, Central Bohemian Region, Czechia. The role operates on a two-shift pattern, with pay starting at CZK 28,000 per month. Duties include independently and competently assembling steel structures according to technical drawings, production procedures and supervisors’ instructions; preparing the workplace, tools and welding equipment; and obtaining and preparing materials. Tools and welding equipment must be handled carefully, operated, maintained and cleaned according to their operating instructions. Experience as a toolmaker or metal fitter, ideally in a manufacturing company, is an advantage. The ability to read and work from technical drawings is also an advantage. This is not series production. The employer offers job security, a meal allowance and workplace meals for CZK 38, five weeks of annual leave, and on-site parking. Benefits also include a CZK 3,000 bonus from the manager’s fund, a monthly bonus of up to 10% of the base pay rate, a CZK 1,000 supplementary pension contribution, a CZK 1,000 Edenred benefits card and profit sharing.
