Business Development Representative

MALFINI, a.s. is hiring a full-time Business Development Representative in Ústí nad Labem, Czechia, to support the French market. This single-shift position offers pay starting at CZK 38,000 per month. There is one vacancy, and the position is listed for an Employee Card. Responsibilities include communicating with French customers by phone and email, handling their requests, processing orders, tracking deliveries and providing customer care. You will inform customers about products, new releases and current promotions, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, support new customer acquisition, prepare quotations and provide administrative support to the sales team for the French market. Applicants must have fluent French to communicate with native speakers, conversational English or Czech to communicate with colleagues, and experience in administration or customer service. The company offers a one-year contract with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term, a CZK 10,000 relocation package for the first three months, and work in a modern office with some opportunity to work from home.
