Electricians / Maintenance Technicians

BREADWAY a.s. is hiring five full-time Electricians / Maintenance Technicians in Prague, Czechia. The salary is CZK 36,000–45,000 per month. The role involves maintaining fully automated production lines and ensuring their smooth operation. Duties include maintaining and repairing production machinery and electrical equipment, ensuring safe operation in accordance with applicable regulations, and working with specialist companies on inspections and major repairs. You will troubleshoot faults ranging from minor issues to more complex repairs, resolve mechanical and technical problems, and inspect production equipment. Responsibilities also include equipment setup, adjustment and basic calibration, regular preventive maintenance, and checks on equipment condition. You will work with production staff to resolve faults and communicate with external service companies in the event of more serious breakdowns. Work follows a 12-hour shift pattern, from 06:00 to 18:00 and from 18:00 to 06:00: three day shifts, three days off, three night shifts, then three days off.
