Zaměstnanecké výhody - přispěvěk na Multisport, 25 dnú dovolené FP&A Analyst KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the monthly close and management reporting cycle, preparing schedules, validating inputs, investigating movements and helping deliver accurate reporting on time. • Support the annual budget process including preparation of templates, gathering, model updates, consolidation and documentation of assumptions. • Support the development of forecasting and planning activities that provide management with forward-looking information to steer the business. • Own routine cost analysis and monitoring: track actual expenditure against budget and forecast, investigate variances, identify trends and escalate emerging risks or opportunities. • Monitor and report financial KPIs, ensuring definitions and source data are applied consistently and highlighting material changes for management review. • Prepare clear commentary and analysis for management reports; undertake ad hoc analysis on costs, budget deviations, forecasts and performance drivers. • Work with finance colleagues, regional management, GMs and Clinic Managers to obtain information, resolve queries and support understanding of financial performance. • Contribute to finance projects, system changes and process improvements, including testing, documentation and adoption of agreed procedures.
