General Practice Doctor

Váš praktik Kutná Hora s.r.o. is seeking a full-time doctor for its general practice in Kutná Hora, Central Bohemian Region, Czechia. Applications are welcome from qualified GPs, doctors in specialist training, recent graduates and doctors looking to change specialties. Co-founder Dr Pavel Borský and his colleagues have been building this doctor-led project since 2020. Despite its growth, the team sees itself as a group of doctors and friends rather than a chain, with practising doctors running the organisation and a strong focus on mutual support and balancing work with family life. The practices use a two-doctor model that allows colleagues to work together, learn and cover for each other. The usual patient list is 1,600 patients per full-time doctor, supported by a nursing team, shared workloads and scheduled time for administration. Accredited training and individually tailored development plans are available throughout the year, without retention agreements or a requirement for a funded residency place. The team has extensive experience in group and team-based general practice. The employer quotes net pay of CZK 41,000 for new graduates, with all mandatory courses and placements paid for; CZK 65,000–80,000 for doctors who have completed core specialty training, depending on consultation hours and remaining external placements; and CZK 101,000 for specialist-qualified GPs. For specialist-qualified GPs with more than one year of post-qualification experience, net pay is CZK 116,000 for a full-time workload of 30 consultation hours. These are regular employment arrangements. The listing separately gives a monthly salary range of CZK 134,100–155,500. The working week is arranged individually rather than around conventional shifts, and commuting support can be discussed. This is outpatient general practice work with no night duties or overtime, and five weeks of annual leave are provided.
