Forestry Worker – Silviculture

Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s.p. has one full-time Forestry Worker – Silviculture vacancy in Chvalšiny, Czechia. The role follows a single-shift schedule, with pay starting at CZK 32,000 per month. Accommodation is provided. Duties include manual soil preparation and planting forest tree seedlings, as well as cutting, gathering and burning branches left after timber harvesting. The work also involves protecting forest plantations and woodland using mechanical methods, such as clearing surrounding vegetation, wrapping trees and cutting out unwanted woody growth, and chemical methods, including preparing and applying protective treatments and sprays. The role includes making, installing, repairing and dismantling structures and facilities used in forestry, game management and forest parks, including preparing materials.
