Assembly Workers

Novanta Medical s.r.o. is hiring 80 assembly workers in Přelouč, in the Pardubice Region of Czechia. These are full-time positions with a three-shift schedule and pay starting at CZK 27,328 per month. Accommodation is provided, and the positions are listed for the Employee Card scheme. Duties include assembling and packing small medical components in cleanroom environments, preparing and handling materials, and independently operating technical devices, production equipment, assembly tools and testing equipment. Workers also assemble prototypes and pilot production batches for new launches, inspect components and carry out simple functional tests. General responsibilities include initiating and actively participating in measures to synchronise processes, as well as contributing to the innovation process. Strict compliance with quality, occupational safety and environmental protection regulations is required, along with following instructions from quality and environmental management officers and the occupational safety specialist.
