Assembly Workers

Novanta Medical s.r.o. is recruiting assembly workers in Přelouč, in the Pardubice Region of Czechia. There are 82 full-time positions available on a three-shift schedule, with pay starting at CZK 33,181 per month. Accommodation is provided, and the vacancies are listed for Employee Card applicants. Duties include assembling and packing small medical components in cleanrooms, preparing and handling materials, and independently operating technical equipment, production equipment, assembly tools and testing equipment. The role also involves assembling prototypes and pre-production batches for new launches, inspecting components and carrying out simple functional tests. Workers will initiate and actively participate in measures to synchronize processes and contribute to the innovation process. Strict compliance with quality, occupational safety and environmental protection regulations is required, along with following instructions from quality and environmental management representatives and the occupational safety specialist.
