Description
You are the voice of 10ML for customers in your language. You help people choose and enjoy 10ML perfume decants and samples, answer questions about orders and delivery, and make every customer feel looked after.
What you will do
- Answer customer emails and messages in your native language and in English, quickly and warmly
- Help customers find perfumes they will love: notes, longevity, occasions and sizes
- Resolve order, delivery and payment questions with fulfilment and carriers
- Spot common questions and suggest fixes to the help centre, site copy and processes
- Keep customer records accurate in the help desk and the order system
Requirements
- Native-level German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or Dutch, plus fluent English
- 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce
- Clear, friendly writing and the patience to get things right
- Comfort with help-desk tools and online shop back offices
- A genuine interest in perfume (training on the 10ML catalogue is provided)
What we offer
Salary: EUR 48,000 - 62,000 gross per year, plus annual performance bonus. Remote within the EU, or Dortmund, Germany. Full-time, permanent.
