SEVAL spol.s r.o. is recruiting one full-time Baker in Ostrava, Czechia. SEVAL is a Czech family-run bakery that has offered a wide range of baked goods for more than 30 years and operates its own network of shops in Ostrava. This vacancy is listed for an Employee Card. Duties include shaping and filling baked goods and operating the associated machinery and equipment. Applicants should be responsible, reliable, manually dexterous and have a clean criminal record. Experience is an advantage, but capable newcomers will receive training. Gross monthly pay is CZK 24,000–42,000, depending on training level, job assignment and monthly performance, with opportunities for career progression and further pay increases. Benefits include five weeks of holiday, a meal allowance of approximately CZK 1,500 per month (CZK 70 per shift worked), additional employee benefits and the freshest baked goods straight from the oven. Low-cost accommodation close to work, with no commute, is available for women. The role has a single-shift pattern with afternoon shifts, usually around 15:30–23:30 depending on the season.
