Process Specialist

YAPP CZECH AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS Co., s.r.o. is recruiting a Process Specialist in Plazy, Central Bohemian Region, Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift position with a salary starting at CZK 74,000 per month. The role involves stabilizing manufacturing processes by setting and managing process parameters and structuring production for productivity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency through technical and organizational measures. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining and reviewing work procedures; defining and updating production equipment process parameters; and ensuring and supporting process improvements. You will also work with the quality department to meet customer requirements and train employees in manufacturing processes. The role includes creating and managing process failure mode and effects analyses (PFMEA) and flowcharts, developing and optimizing production layouts, and reporting regularly to your supervisor. A very good command of Chinese is required to communicate with the parent company and other entities within the group based in the People's Republic of China.
