Process Specialist

YAPP CZECH AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS Co., s.r.o. is recruiting two Process Specialists in Plazy, Central Bohemian Region, Czechia. These are full-time, single-shift positions with a salary starting at CZK 74,000 per month. The vacancies are listed for the Employee Card scheme. Accommodation is not provided. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining and reviewing work procedures; developing and updating production equipment process parameters; and ensuring and supporting process improvements. You will also work with the quality department to meet customer requirements and train employees in production processes. The role includes creating and managing process failure mode and effects analyses (PFMEA) and flow charts, developing and optimizing layouts, and reporting regularly to your supervisor. A very good command of Chinese is required for communication with the parent company and other entities within the holding company based in the People's Republic of China.
