Process Specialist

YAPP CZECH AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS Co., s.r.o. is seeking two Process Specialists in Plazy, Central Bohemian Region, Czechia. These are full-time, single-shift positions with a salary starting at CZK 74,000 per month. The vacancies are listed for Employee Card applicants. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining and reviewing work procedures; developing and updating process parameters for production equipment; and implementing and supporting process improvements. You will collaborate with the quality department to meet customer requirements and train employees in production processes. The role also involves creating and managing process failure mode and effects analyses (P-FMEA) and flow charts, developing and optimizing layouts, and reporting regularly to your supervisor. Very good Chinese language skills are required for communication with the parent company and other entities within the holding group based in the People's Republic of China.
