Operations Director

ALPENTA s.r.o. is seeking an Operations Director in Rychnov nad Kněžnou, in the Hradec Králové Region of Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift position with a salary starting at CZK 50,000 per month. Knowledge of English is required. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth and efficient operations, meeting production plans and deadlines, using staff and materials efficiently, and controlling operating costs. The role also involves ensuring compliance with established work procedures and safety rules, and working with suppliers, design engineers and production technologists.
