Software Developer

AXA ASSISTANCE CZ, s.r.o. is recruiting a Software Developer in Ostrava, in the Moravian-Silesian Region of Czechia. This is one full-time, single-shift position with a monthly salary of CZK 70,000–85,000. The vacancy is listed for an Employee Card. Please contact the employer by email. Candidates should have 3–5 years of software development experience and knowledge of C#, Python, JavaScript or other languages relevant to the role. Requirements include experience designing complex solutions using frameworks and libraries, with .NET, React, Next.js and Blazor an advantage; knowledge and experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Storage and SQL; and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. You should understand AI-assisted development and its integration, software design and architecture principles, databases and SQL for storing and retrieving data, Agile/Scrum methodologies, testing strategies, code reviews, troubleshooting, software testing and debugging techniques, RESTful APIs, web services and security best practices. Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication, facilitation and collaboration skills, a high level of responsibility and reliability, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A proactive, self-motivated approach, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a focus on quality and a customer-oriented mindset are expected. The role also calls for supporting innovation, evaluating new technologies, willingness to learn and develop skills, and adaptability to changing requirements.
